A Westside Experience is a cultural series highlighting Chicago’s Westside through art, music, neighborhood commerce, storytelling, and exchange. The series is rooted in place-based programming that connects artists, institutions, businesses, and communities shaping the city’s creative infrastructure.
The kickoff event, Chicago Sonic Legacies brought together artists, cultural stewards, and communities members for a night of gospel and gathering.

Nnenna’s Garden is an annual event that engages art, music, memory keeping, and play to offer a new paradigm for intentional gathering. Rooted in Chicago’s rich legacy of Black history and heritage, matriarchal leadership, and love for our families, the event inspires community action and cultural celebration.
AfroDisco Social Hour is a series of thoughtfully-curated events and programs that reimagine how the intimacy of social spaces and hospitality venues can be used to cultivate creativity, collaborative friendship, and community building amongst people of diverse cultural backgrounds, gender expressions, sexual preferences, and other notable markers of difference.
Our primary mission is to bridge Chicago’s Black diaspora through art, music, fashion, and culinary dining experiences.
